  1. I have Observed this New business since day one…

While it Nice little Business and I am all for MoreCompetion, it does Add to the Conjestion and Traffic of the area, both On the water and On Land..

Not to mention being Dangerous for The Boaters Trying to use the Cities Public Boat Ramps and Pier..and their Vehicles and Trailers accessing the area..

Adding those Small Buildings on their Peir and The Neighboring one on a Raft is it? It’s just gotten to be Way too Commericalized and Obstructing the Beautiful view of the lake..

I’m not so sure it’s THAT Much of a Profitable Venture for either the Business Owner and the City..
I hope it is and Justifies it..

Maybe adding giving the Cities Boat Ramp Attendent a Stop Sign like being a Crossing Guard to Assist Boaters Trying to Both Launch and Remove their Boats would also help Reduce the Chances of traffic Accidents…? Btwn Those Vehicles and the Pedestrians , and Customers Comming and Going for the Boat Rentals, it’sGets Quite Congested and Dangerous at times..

And can’t the City Attendants park their Personal Vehicle accross the Street or Somewhere else, than tie up a Parking Space that can Make $ for the city..? Or be a Handicap Parking Space? and add them inspecting Boats that are Going to be Luanched that they are properly Registered and Have All the Safety Equiptment required..? I even see some Kayaker’s now Tying up the Streets and Parking spaces with Loading and Unloading their Kayaks and Launching them, that makes it even More Dangerous..

Just more Accidents, Waiting to Happen Me thinks.
Or I maybe Just being Over Cautious in my Older Age..
